The programme can be run within an individual family, however preschoolers will benefit from the group dynamic and interaction
that comes from working as a team. There are several steps in the set up process;

Order the Seedlings group manual, gather a group of interested families and work through it together. It may be good to start with each family sharing their heart for their children and what they want to see achieved through the programme. Make sure you have plenty of time to do this, and if at all possible to have both parents/caregivers present at the meeting. |

If you decide that you want to use the programme, order a resource pack for each child that will be participating. Resource packs contain the necessary materials for an entire module, with several themes available. |

Hold a second meeting to go through the programme and plan out how you will run the module. Choose a time each week that suits all your members; either a morning or afternoon. The programme is designed to run for approximately two hours. |
